Edible Hope Kitchen’s Annual fundraiser is back! After a long hiatus due to COVID, EHK is coming back to Lagunitas for its largest fundraiser yet! Edible Hope Kitchen serves over 400 breakfasts a week to our neighbors in Ballard. In 2023, Edible Hope will move to make way for over 85 units of affordable housing (the first affordable housing in district six in 20 years)!

As disappointing as it is to say goodbye to our space, we’re energized by the thought of welcoming so many families and so much life to Ballard with the affordable housing we’re making space for. In a city that is often hostile towards lower-income folks, we’ve chosen to build a longer table instead of building a taller fence.

As Edible Hope enters this transitional period, the support of our community is more important than ever. Join us on Thursday, October 13th, at Lagunitas to celebrate the amazing history of Edible Hope and all that lies ahead for us. Help us build a longer table.
