  • Program Director

    Daniel is the current Program Director for Edible Hope Kitchen. He has a background in nonprofit management and organic farming. He believes all people, regardless of background or life status, deserve access to healthy, culturally relevant food.

  • Kitchen Manager

    Emilie Han started at Edible Hope in August 2020 in the middle of the lockdown. One of the most important lessons that Emilie has learned over the past two years is the importance of asking for help when you need it. People are often more than willing to help out. Edible Hope has forever changed her perspective on the homelessness crisis in Seattle. She has learned a great deal about compassion. Before she came to Edible Hope, Emilie completed a year of service with the Episcopal Service Corps in New York City. Emilie was born and raised in Seattle and is happy to be serving her beloved city.
